Awesome 👌 Positive: I like the location and the facilities

Positive: The bedrooms were adequate, the location was quiet and had excellent access, the facilities were in overall good condition, and the agent was fully responsive whenever we called for assistance. Special thanks to Jas in agent office who very graciously assisted us whenever we phoned her. Negative: During check in the acess code to the key safe didn't work and it took almost 30minutes to resolve. That was not a good welcome after a long journey. But it was resolved very well. Also on Sunday afternoon one of us accidentally dropped the keys to the house inside the house. It was very stressful since one of us was flying out that evening and needed to take their luggage. Thankfully we worked as a group with the technician and managed to retrieve the keys. It would help to have spare keys on standby with the agents for such incidents. A couple of water fittings in the house, which looked new, had leaks - toilets, toilet cisterns and taps. Lastly, some of the utensils like cups were not enough for the full capacity of 12 guests (we were 10 guests and had to use cups in shifts).
