Value for Money Positive: It’s was in the right spot from the city centre to most places we needed to travel to. Negative: Everything was value for money.

Spacious and large home, perfect for large families. Positive: The house was spacious enough for our needs as a family. Had a nice garden. All the bathrooms were clean. Everything was comfortable. House was bright and airy. The large dining table was very useful for a large family as well as the sofa. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a stay in Manchester, and I will definitely use it again if I were to visit Manchester. Negative: The kitchen was generally clean, but we did find some cupboard doors had food on the handle area, which was gross. The sofa bed part of the sofa had not been cleaned at all, as when we opened it, it was covered in crumbs and dust. There were also no spare pillows or duvet to be used for the sofa bed. The iron board wasn't steady enough to use. One of the rooms did not have a fan in it, considering the hot weather. But overall, there are definitely more positives than negative.

All 13 ladies were happy with bnb, bedding clean and towels provided. Enough space all around that we did not feel on to Positive: The property was spacious and had all the amenities for my group size Negative: Slightly dusty in places - overall clean
