Large five bedroom home with parking, sleeps 11

Good for hosting a group for nights out, not for holiday Positive: Capacity to sleep a bunch of us. It was convenient and all of us could hang out in the living room. Two bathrooms were handy. Decent place to stay but be wary of departure charges if no check in pics taken Positive: Easy check in from key safe, spacious and plenty of beds and linen for large group. Nice showers and relatively clean in general Negative: There was no heating when we arrived and house was freezing cold but we dealt with this - connection error to boiler. Some beds/bedding were broken and dirty on arrival, please ensure to take pics or charges occur. Smoke alarms were covered on arrival, I am guessing from previous guests - fire risk

Lovely stay Positive: It was spacious and a good size for a larger group!

Will not come here again Negative: Upstairs bathroom's floor was leaking. One of the bedroom had unpleasant smell from the pillows and we had to remove them from the house. We contact the owner but only on the last day of staying they replied us. They said they would refund us but to no avail.
