Great house and great location Positive: Very spacious, everthing you needed was there. Great location for Etihad Stadium. Staff were great Negative: Minor things really. Wobbly dining chair. Grass need cutting but not in there long enough for it to be a concern. Very spacious plent or rooms /bathrooms

Can do better Positive: House with multiple rooms and beds. Responsiveness of the host team. Decoration in the rooms and lobby. Location was close to central. Negative: Maintenance of the house. Door in the kitchen that opens to the garden wasn't locking properly. There was no medium size frying pan. However on complaining the host team provided one and got the door fixed. The microwave dint work the whole time. There were two TVs but one remote which also dint work properly. The host took the card on deposit without providing photos of the current condition of the house. We had to worry about damages already existing in the house and kept taking pictures when we noticed them. So the stay wasn't worry free despite being careful with the property.
